Hello, my name is Jacqueline Prieto. I am the mother of a UME 9th grader & 6th grader. My sons have been at the school since kindergarten, for the last 9 years. The school model drew us to this school. Involving the parents in our children's education is so important. Strong families make for a strong community. Technology continues to improve and seems to separate us from each other. The model here at UME helps keep us all united and close knit. I look forward to hearing YOUR voice. I am a business owner and understand that in order to run effectively, we must keep the lines of communication and accountability open. In the 33 years of attending the same church, I have been a praise singer, youth leader, Sunday school teacher, and event coordinator. Serving in these roles has given me insight on the importance of community and family relations. I believe in a strong community and it starts with our kids.
