Cooper Black

Cooper Black is a graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He is the owner of 8.10 Construction Solutions which is a commercial construction company based in DFW whose primary focus is the construction of retail, restaurants, and offices. He is also the owner of 8.10 Development Group which is a commercial and residential land development company based in DFW with a second office in Waco whose primary focus is a large earthwork projects, large demolition projects, and the development of apartment buildings. He is a FEMA trained Disaster Recovery Specialist and holds a National Security Clearance. He also serves on he Architectural Review Board for Las Colinas.

 

Cooper loves fishing, hiking, and camping. He and his wife of 27 years have graduated 2 students from UME Prep. Cooper is honored to serve on the Board to help current and future student’s leverage the power that’s found in UME’s educational method.
