WHAT WE DO

As parents, we all want to foster in our students a life-long curiosity to learn and help them become kids with character.  We all want to create a sense of community among parents so that our scholars are supported at home and at school, and we all want our teachers and administrators to be equipped to do and be their best.  Here’s how we do that.

 

All of the money we raise goes directly back to the school—whether it be for the teachers, the students, or the parents. Some of our primary fundraisers from past years are listed below.

PAC’s Leadership Team works hard to organize different functions, and while we coordinate these events, we always need hands and feet to make them successful.  If you’d like to volunteer to help with a particular event, scroll to the bottom of the page and fill out the PAC Volunteer Form. UME Parent Volunteer Background Check:  To volunteer at UME, you must complete this form and submit a copy of your driver’s license.

 

PAC Leadership Application Form: If you’d like to join the PAC Leadership Team, please fill out this form. You must have been at UME for at least one year before you can apply for leadership.

 

OUR TEAM

All UME parents and guardians are a part of PAC. There are many roles within PAC to serve. PAC Officers include President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Grade Level Parents also serve on our PAC leadership team. PAC volunteers are vital to our team as they help in many capacities, whether by giving their time or donating items needed. The Parent Equipping and Support Coordinator on our campus supports our PAC team in a variety of ways.

ABOUT US

At UME Duncanville, our goal is to create a sense of community between our scholars, their families, and our faculty & staff. We strive to fulfill our mission to help the school feel and act more like a family. Regardless of the task at hand, we want to see our families connected and our staff equipped and encouraged.

 

We plan and coordinate activities for our scholars and families that bring fun into regular activities and connection among families. We also ensure that our teachers and staff know how much they are appreciated.
