👩‍🏫 New Employees

If you're newly hired:

  • Enroll or decline benefits within 31 days of your hire date.
  • If your hire date is before August 2, you may complete two enrollments—one for the current plan year and one effective September 1. Follow the prompts in THEbenefitsHUB to complete both if applicable.
  • Have your dependents' Social Security numbers and beneficiary information available before you begin.

💡 Helpful Reminder

After Open Enrollment closes on August 14, you generally cannot make changes to your benefits until next year's Open Enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event (such as marriage, birth, divorce, or loss of other coverage).
