Hailey SteinhilberHalley received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science Education from Baylor University.  She has worked in education or children’s and family ministry for over 20 years.   Halley began her career as a teacher and coach at Grand Prairie High School.  After becoming a mom, she transitioned in children’s ministry at Tate Springs Baptist Church for 16 years  She began as the Director of the Tate Tots preschool program before becoming the Children’s Minister and came alongside families daily to help them grow and learn together. Before joining the UME family 4 years ago, she had spent the last five years as principal of Tate Springs Christian School and provided oversight for the entire Weekday Education Program, PK-  6th Grade.  Halley is passionate about getting to know UME parents and their scholars and partnering with them to achieve overall success as a UME Eagle!

Halley and her husband have been married for 25 years, and they enjoy a fun and full life with their 4 kids and grandchildren.  In her free time, Halley loves spending time with her family, taking pictures, kayaking, and playing pickleball.

Cathey BurgessCathey Burgess is a dedicated member of the UME family who started in 2020 at the Dallas campus as an art teacher. She later transferred to the Mansfield campus when it opened in the fall of 2021, taking on the roles of an art teacher and Parent Equipping Coordinator. She is passionate about encouraging children's creativity and serving families. Cathey's connection with UME initially began as a parent, as her daughter attended UME from the time it started. She believes that her daughter's growth and success in high school and college are attributed to the UME model and the supportive teachers and leadership. In terms of her educational background, Cathey graduated from Texas Tech University with a BS in Education. She also pursued education in early childhood and business. Before joining UME, she worked as a preschool director for 35 years, which indicates her longstanding commitment to working with children and families. As the Parent Equipper at the Mansfield campus, Cathey is dedicated to building relationships and providing support and resources for students and parents. She places great importance on these aspects in her role. Outside of her professional life, Cathey has been married for 26 years and enjoys spending time at the lake with her family. She is an avid cook and loves to host gatherings both at her home and at school for the UME family. Cathey is enthusiastic about getting to know families and working together to ensure the overall success of each UME scholar.

Andrea DavidsonAndrea Davidson started as the Parent Equipping and Support Coordinator at the Duncanville campus in 2023. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Andrea was an elementary school teacher for five years and four of those were at UME! She has also worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Communities in Schools, both in Indiana. She met her husband, Brent, at UME 10 years ago while they were both teaching on the Dallas campus. They have two children and have been married for eight years. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys reading, walking, watching shows and sports, and spending time with her family.
 

Saly Sola AndinoSally Solá Andino is a dedicated educator, a caring wife and mom, and a passionate ministry leader with over 15 years of experience. Currently, she works as the District Parent Equipping Program Lead for UME Preparatory Academy and the Parent Equipping Coordinator for Dallas Secondary. Sally is pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Literature of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean from Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Puerto Rico y el Caribe. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Relations and Advertising, Spanish, and Education from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras. Sally's passion for education is evident in her diverse experience, including roles as High School Spanish I, II, III, and AP Teacher, ESL and Culture Coordination, and LOTE Department Chair. She has taught Spanish at institutions like Michigan State University, Middlebury College Summer Programs, Dallas College, and public and private schools in Puerto Rico and Texas, demonstrating her dedication to language, history, and culture education. In addition to her educational background, she has extensive experience in family ministry. She has served in various positions, including Marriage and Family Ministry Director and Youth Ministry Director in Texas and Puerto Rico. Sally's journey showcases her lifelong dedication to education and community service.
