Susy Brommers - Dallas Campus Secondary Principal
Degrees and Certifications
Susy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Biola University, as well as a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at Tyler. She is also certified to teach LOTE-Spanish (EC-12).
Susy has a varied experience in education. A native of Córdoba, Argentina, she moved to California to attend college. In the early post-college years, she worked in the private sector for a computer firm that produced software used in the aerospace industry. She later volunteered at her children’s school in Santa Ana, California, successfully starting a Parent Teacher Organization and leading the organization for a number of years. For her work there, she was awarded a certificate of recognition by the California Legislature Assembly. After moving to Texas, she tutored and taught Spanish in a homeschool cooperative before coming to UME. At UME she has taught 5th and 6th grade Music, 7th and 8th grade Technology Applications, and high school Spanish levels I-IV. She has served as a Team Lead and has worked to integrate technology into the curriculum. Susy has a passion for creating lifelong learners and helping all students and faculty succeed.
