Government) while leading multiple student organizations such as Senior Class Coordinator, Youth and Government Advisor and Multicultural Society.  Before transitioning into administration, Dianne began her leadership walk by serving in various leadership roles at the high school campus.  While at Duncanville High School, she was recognized multiple times as Teacher of the Year by both her students and peers.  Dianne is a graduate of Duncanville ISD’s Inspiring Leadership Academy which prepared her for the Assistant Principal position that she held for four years.  Because Dianne is passionate about growing and is confident that she can help others grow, she was also selected by district leadership to attend the Region 10 Assistant Principal Leadership Academy.  As a campus administrator, Dianne led several campus level initiatives and actively participated in multiple district level committees.  Dianne also serves as Board President for a local nonprofit organization that provides high-quality after school and summer learning programs for young children.  She is committed to servant leadership and strives to support those she serves.  Her passion is seeing teachers and students forge positive relationships that promote and foster academic success and personal growth.
