Parents Achieving Community (PAC) - Duncanville

All UME parents and guardians are a part of the PAC, but our 2020-2021 PAC Leadership Team members are:

Katie Parker, Co-President

Nadia Bowman, Co-President

Amy Reese, Parent Equipping Coordinator

At UME Duncanville, our goal is to create a sense of community between our scholars, their families and our faculty & staff. We strive to fulfill our mission to help the school feel and act more like a family. Regardless of the task at hand, we love to our see families connected and our staff equipped and encouraged.

We plan and coordinate activities for our scholars and families that bring fun into regular activities, and connection among families. We also ensure that our teachers and staff know how much they are appreciated. We may be a small team, but we are doing our best to make a big impact!

All of the money raised through our fundraisers goes directly back into our scholars, families and staff. Some of our fundraisers include:

Spirit Shirt Sales

Homecoming Spirit Ribbon Sales

Popcorn Pickle Friday

$5 Pizza Lunch

Valentine’s Day Val-o-grams

Spirit Nights

District Carnival

Our favorite part of being on the PAC Leadership Team is planning and coordinating many of the fun events that happen at our school, as well as giving back to our teachers & staff and showing them our appreciation for all they do. These are only possible due to the support of our amazing UME families! These events include:

Parent Focused

Granola with Grandpals

Morning with Mom

Donuts with Dad

Back to School Potluck Picnic

Turkey Trot Snack Packs

Winter Holiday Parties

The more minds put together, the more creativity we have to make our school more close-knit and to enhance our scholar’s experience. We really are better together!
