:Charge Policy
Scholars may charge meals if there is no money in their family's meal account. The charge limit is $10.00 per family. Once the family's account has reached a balance of -$10.00, the scholar may no longer charge any meals. If a scholar is without the ability to charge a meal, we will offer the scholar an alternate meal.
The alternate meal is a Sun Butter sandwich with jelly, fruit, vegetable, and a choice of 1% unflavored or non fat flavored milk. The student may utilize the alternate meal only if their child nutrition account has reached the charge limit. The charge policy and the alternate meal is a courtesy of UME Prep as a convenience to our families.
